I already have Amd Fx8350 and i would like to go as low as possible in case of budget.

Ill use pc for mostly gaming (csgo) , autocad and bit streaming may be.

Which Motherboard to go for?
Is 650w psu enough?

EDIT: will there be any heating issues with this case?

My only hangup is that for the 400-450 the processor, motherboard, and cooler is that you can get a Skylake i5 build with a cheaper cooler. Not that I am an Intel fan or anything, it will just run circles around the very aged AMD build for the same money. Otherwise, it looks fine.

650w supernova is plenty for a single r9 390 and that build.

Looking back, it looks like you might already have the processor, if that is the case then this looks great.

There were also a few of new 970/990 boards just announced with things like M.2 and USB 3.1 tacked on if you were interested in that.

That is a pretty sweet build and the Red theme will look sweet as with all the matching parts. That motherboard is a beast, with 10 usb ports including 2 usb 3.1's. The h100i would look awesome in the top of the h440 case and provide very good cooling. There should be no heat issues as the case comes with 3 front fans and a rear fan plus your 240mm rad and fans will cover the top
Seen how that case can support a 280mm rad at the top you could go for a Kraken x61 if you wish to spend the extra $25.
That PSU will handle everything perfectly.
Also if you care about looks and would like to complete that Red build, get some red leds 😛
