AMD Gaming Evolved App Stuck Installing

Just completed my new build, and started installing my graphics card drivers. It gets to this part: http://imgur.com/FJIkFn9 and then just gets stuck. It has been like that for about 20 minutes now without moving. and the 104% is a bit odd. What should I do?

I was helping someone else with a very similar problem. Turned out his antivirus (AVG in this case) was causing his Crimson Driver install to stall at 2%. Try disabling your antivirus and try installing again with it off.

Alright, so I fixed it myself, and I will post the answer here for people in the future in case it helps them. I simply closed the window using task manager, then used windows uninstall a program to uninstall the drivers. Reboot. Install drivers again and use custom install settings. Deselect the gaming evolved app, and viola, it worked.

Although that works around the issue, if someone wanted AMD Gaming Evolved, this won't fix it for them. Most people don't like AMD Gaming Evolved (or GeForce Experience for that matter) so you're fix will work. My guess is that your antivirus was interfering with it installing.
