No. You have a very weak dual core APU and an entry level GPU. The APU may hold the GPU back a bit actually. 720p medium settings, most likely low at best.

No.some AAA titles won't load on a dual core. And 880k is the only CPU for that board that can kind of keep up. But honestly your best bet is a g4650/h250/ddr4/1050 or 1050ti build.

Intel can get you SIGNIFICANTLY better performance for the money, AMD will focus on the rendering side of things as a pose to gaming CPUs this generation, the reality is despite how fantastic their higher end offerings look, their consumer CPUs will suffer as a result, as they simply do not have the R&D budget Intel do, and in addition they also have to budget for graphics cards.
They're going to take a while to catch up to Intel, they can't expect to jump back into the CPU game after 5 years and instantly be an all around competitor.
