AMD GPU DRIVERS: Are past driver performance updates already included in the Latest driver updates?

I have always been confused when it comes to this. Are the past driver performance updates like +% to performance to a certain game included in the Latest drivers? Like for example: Are all the performance updates from Catalyst 13 to 14+ beta included in the new 14.12 Omega driver? Or do i have to install every single past driver that gives +% on the current game im playing?

Help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I have been using this program called DDU from Guru3D which is like an Updated and Enhanced Drive Sweeper or GPU Driver uninstaller, according to the forums and the owner its like when you first install your GPU Drivers. Its been recommended by alot of people as it prevents further performance issues or bugs if installing on top of another (Only sometimes these bugs or performance issues happen) Is it a good idea to use this? Ive been using it for a long time and it works great. But again that's why im asking what im asking above.. As this removes your current driver every time you're gonna install the latest one.

all the improvements since 14.3 driver is included in omega 14.12

also new features and performances improvements are added and over 400 bugs are fixed

I guess you're asking specifically about 14.11.2 Beta that had DA:I and FC4 optimizations. Yes these are included in 14.12.

If the number is larger than the previous number it generally means the updates are included. The only exception is beta drivers but 14.12 is not a beta driver so it should include all previous 13+ and 14+ including DA:I, AC: Unity and FC4. Just get this driver and be happy you have the most update and best driver possible. No more questions 😛

Adding a side note to what's already said, if you're updating to OMEGA, mind that it may have an unpredictable behaviour at first.
I, for one, updated from 14.11.2 beta and saw my drivers crash and recover a couple times, spiking at 100% load on idle for no reason. A couple reboots and a clean installation through DDU fixed it.

Just wanted to share the extra bit of info, should you incur into the same issue so far, these drivers have shown potential, at least to me.
