AMD GPU Overdrive just caused the PC to crash and I can't reboot it

I tried for the first time to use AMD GPU Overdrive, I increased the Memory and GPU by 20%, then I hit "apply" and the computer experienced a huge freeze, before shutting down.
Now, it didn't reboot, it just shut down and now I have no way to boot it again.

I just get a black screen and there's nothing I can do.

Anyone could help me on this? It's odd as I thought that a GPU overclock by a safe AMD software would have been.............safe, it's not like I was overclocking my CPU and the values I set weren't that high either.
Still, I really don't know what to do here, any help would be really appreciated!

Solution
you must overclock it little by little to see on what frequency your GPU can stand with the overclock. For example my HD 5850 can only withstand 850MHz from 725MHz. (it's only17%).
Every GPU is different. Try to play with the frequency. And test it using "GPU power virus" aka Furmark for a couple of minutes 😛

about your black screen: try entering your windows using safe mode, and change the setting of your AMD overdrive, if it's not possible, try to uninstall all amd driver using safe mode.
If your computer cannot enter safe mode, always black screen without being able to show bios or anything, turn off your computer and try to pull out your GPU and put it back on again. then turn on the computer.

That's what I was planning to do, but since the PC crashed and is stuck being shut off after the first try(20% increase), I'm not only scared of not being able to turn it on again, but also I don't know how to go with the little by little option since I don't know what's the limit, so even a 10% could make it crash again.

That's if I ever will get it to power up again, ofc.

Thanks, will try this if I can't get past to the black screen!
