Can someone tell me if the new amd drivers are causing any gpu temps to rise my r9270 was always in the low 30s on temparture but since the new driver update it spikes up to almost 50 degrees!!! Wtf??? Can someone share a experience I have decent airflow and ok cable management it's never booted up this hit before should I be concerned??

50 degrees isn't an issue, what's more important is it's maximum temperature when gaming. If it's not running any hotter than it use to under load you don't need to worry about it. Maybe the new driver has changed the fan speed profile to make for a quieter card when it's not being used.

If it's running much hotter when gaming, then you could try an older driver, but first see where temp it is at.

I understand your point it's max temp is 80 degrees but what I'm eating is I shouldn't be jumping to 50 degrees off the bat I'm afraid if I do game on it or play high res content that it might bypass those temps and break my card in the near future
