I wanted to help my dad upgrade his old office computer, so here's the list of parts.

Asrock B450M/ac AM4 B450 Motherboard (New)

G skill 16Gb (2x8) Aegis DDR4 3000MHZ (Running at 2933 due to chip and MB compatability) (New)

AMD Ryzen 3 3200G (Stock Cooler) (New)
300w PSu (Came w/ old system)
2TB HDD (Came w/ old system)
Disk drive (Came w/ old system)

Story goes as this I got the system running, but there was an issue where I couldn't get the audio to play through the TV my dad uses as a display for the system. I got an error that said "“AMD High Definition Audio Device Not Plugged In." So I worked for hours trying to fix this. I installed the latest audio drivers. Didn't work. I then tried to uninstall the audio drivers and let windows reinstall them on a restart. Didn't work. I then ran command promp commands to try to fix it. Didn't work. I then reopened the case to check the HD audio cable and everything was working. The only thing that fixed my issue was installing updated drivers onto the chip, but everytime I do that I get the error WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.

I'm at a total loss as to what I should do can someone please help?
