There are many pcs for sale today that have the following description for the Graphics Module: "AMD HD Integrated Graphics 7000". My question is: Is there anyway to determine the specs on that integrated graphics technology? I assume that the graphics are integrated into the motherboard vs. a graphics card. So, I am trying to at least determine the basic graphics specs that are on that motherboard, like: MHz core clock speed, memory, memory speed, shader processing units, texture mapping units.

I have tried to reach out to AMD and Asus, but no luck so far.

(so I am actually looking at this pc: http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=AS-BM18452 )

But there are many out there for sale just like it. Ultimately I'm trying to decide if I am going to need a better GPU or not.

Any help is much appreciated!

Modern integrated graphics are on the CPU, not the motherboard. Looking up that CPU shows that it has the "Radeon HD 8670D" iGPU.

Comparing specs between different GPU (and CPU, though less so) architectures is very difficult, because one core on one card could have four times the resources of what's called a 'core' on another GPU. Generally, ignore everything but real-world benchmarks.

Wow Thanks "Someone" That was quick! I have 2 more questions:
1. what link did you use to "look that up" ?
2. did you look up the Chipset Name? or the Processor Name?

thank you!
