AMD Hitman says I have an invalid PC?

I bought an RX 470 at Frys (which is eligible for the promotion). The problem is that when I run the app that detects my PC, it says that my computer does not meet the specifications. I've checked everything and it should let me. Any help on what I should do? If they don't give me this then they basically scammed me.

Nvidia drivers are unninstalled and amd was auto installed by windows 10

Aw man, I saw the deal on newegg to get the game with the card and assumed that it was the same promotion 🙁
