I do both on a regular basis and I can honestly tell you they are pretty much the same gamble (unless you where lucky enough to get AMD at $2.00 a couple of years ago like I was). Nvidia, Pandora, and Netflix are pretty much the same boat. I own a bit of all of them and its been a rough year.
