the only way to get a good comp for hard earned cash is to build it ur self 1! ^ d ^

i think baron is about my age.

but i think what he says you have to read what the affect of it is and then you will understand his posts.

i really think him and some of the others post crazy stuff while they are at work so when they get home there is some interesting reading

You know, this is getting very sad and tiresome. People seem to complain about Baron and what he posts, then turn around and mock him when he doesn't. You aren't the only one. I've seen many posters writing how they wish Baron would post his thoughts on something, presumably to hop on the provervial bashing bandwagon. Do you need his posts in order to validate your own? "The Horde" needs to be redefined.
To address your statement about age, I would wager you aren't even close.

People antagonize fanboys because they tend to post stuff that is so outlandish that it is amusing. It’s not personal. Once a poster gains that reputation, he will be targeted. Interest would go away if the target started posting reasonable opinions. But, the forum wouldn’t be as interesting without fanboys.

dung

Well i'd argue that it is in fact very personal. To the point where some go out of their way to antagonize so called fanboys because they have a different opinion.

i wasnt complaining about baron, or him when he doesnt post. since we were talking about age, i thought it would be a good time to bring up the whole " fanboy " thing.. ever since i started reading in these forums, ive seen 2000 synonyms for fanboy, and tonnes of " flame bait " / " flame wars "

i actually am talkking about baron and others in general, not specifically baron.

see what we currently have here :

Hello tehrobzorz! I've got your choice of Columbian, Arabica or Decaf waitin' for ya and I'm importing a Gaggia and a barista directly from Rome next week. The Intel camp always has the welcome mat and the coffee perkin'!

😀 😀

woot !

ill uhmm......

ill go with special high-k and wolfdale mix, with a blend of 5ghz on air if you have taht please? 8)

Sorry, we're already past the wolfdale, but I can get your high-k 50/50 with some fine Skulltrail. It tastes way better than it sounds. Might even be able to compress it a bit more and go to 5.5GHz, but it only comes in liquid!

This looks suspiciously like the CPUID of the same chip floated a couple of months ago:

It sure does.

The funny thing is... that filter layer placed over the image to make it "look" real just makes it look all the more fake.

:) :) I am not familiar with that filter, though I do a lot of photoshop --- have had the need to put moire lines through an image 😉 ... and I am not positive it is fake, but it does raise a quesiton mark....

BTW -- I am still sorry for being so harsh yesterday.

No prob Jack. :)

I guess there is no built in PS filter for doing this. Here is a link that describes how to create and add a Moire pattern to an image.

Thinking to himself: Hmmm... No Moire pattern on the background of this screenshot -- They're are going to have to do better than this to make it believable.
