Amd laptop cpu high pitch noise that variates depending on task (windows 7)

My Sony vaio creates this high pitch noise that drives me insane so I dont even use my laptop. It is not present when i was using linux (ubuntu) and seems to fluctuate depending on the task. I have tried so many things like adjusting power options and bios settings but nothing seems to work. I have a sony vaio (vpcee41fd)
