Question Pc runs slow after messing whit fan speed

I tried to make my pc case fans work and after messing whit fan speeds and booting windows up my pc was very slow in games so I thought nothing restarted my pc went to bios but factory settings and booted the pc aging and it was still very slow

We're going to need a little more info. When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time. In this instance, please mention the make and model of the fans you were tinkering with and how they're tethered to your system. If the fans came bundled with the case, then mentioning the make and model of the case will suffice.
