AMD Memory Compatible With Intel Mobo???

Hi Guys,
Just ordered some memory from eBay that says that it is only compatible with amd motherboards.
This was by accident and i have never heard of a ram module that is only compatible with amd. I am trying to install them to an OptiPlex 760 usff

The DDR2 memory controllers in most consumer grade Intel chipsets did not support high density DDR2 ram. Some of AMDs did, hence what it states compatibility with AMD and not Intel.

Likely not going to work, but atleast it was cheap.

Crucial sells a 4Gb kit for the 760 usff but it costs a bit more, but atleast they will guarantee compatibility.
