Looking to purchase a new motherboard that supports R3 3100 thats what I will be getting for a cpu but also able to support a AMD 3600 and the newest but last chipset for the board a 5700 thats a am4 socket pricing around 45-65$ not looking to overlook and 16 gbs of ram is perfect thank you all for your help

At that price range you are best to look at A520 motherboards.
