AMD new build questions

5 GHz is hard to hit, depending on your luck might not even hit it with watercooling. I highly doubt 5 Ghz is gonna happen on an evo.

CPU, cooler, and motherboard are good. I personally wouldn't spend on a thermal paste.

Things I would change:

The gpu is really weak relative to the cpu, something like a 770/970 or 280x/290x is better suited for that processor.

Raidmax is not a recommended case manufacturer, others have better quality for the price.

That psu is overkill for the build, a 550w xfx psu would leave lots of headroom for the future.

Those fans seem excessive and unnecessary.

*I didn't think 5.0 would be doable lol..but nice thought 😛
*As for the gpu...280/290 I may just look into.
*The Raidmax I picked cause I liked the case itself lol..
*Really, a 550w?
*And last-picked fans cause I wanted a nice purple colored lighting

Its too high budget for this gpu. This is a far stronger gaming build:

PS: This is a great case w/ awesome colling.

Not too fond of that mobo/ram vs mine personally..

For oc : Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P and Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 are both in the same tier.
Anyway the important thing here: Dont build a $1k gaming rig w/ a low level gpu. This is just sad.
