Question AMD or INTEL? cpu for gaming and streaming simultaneous, also for music production/video production?

Budget 2,000 USD for tower only(I have another budget for Screens, Speakers, Desk, Key+Mouse). future proof if possible. 1st time builder. Help with full build welcomed.

Plan on triple screen for Sim racing, at least 1080p, 60 fps bare minimum(Max if possible)
(I play competitive shooters as well, also looking to get back into RTS)

Music software most likely FL Studio

NO current video software in mind(no exp yet)
 
Something along these lines, you have a lot of options for the GPU and CPU. The 3900x is most future proof, but comes at a big price. You could go for a 3700x or even a 3600 and be fine for a while.

GPU, the 5700XT should be fine to, a bit less performance but a lot cheaper.

Could also get a X570 mobo, but not really needed for amd IMO.
