AMD or Intel CPU for sapphire r9 280x vapor - x OC

hi guys , i wanna know can i use intel pentium G3240 3.1Ghz or AMD A6 - 6400K Richland 3.9Ghz with Sapphire r9 280x vapor -x OC ?? honestly i wanna this graphic card with 8 GIG DDr3 1600 Ram ( Dont wanna lower graphic card ) but i dont have enough to pay for a high rank cpu , so using one of that cpus with that graphic and ram will cause any problem ? which one is better for that intel or amd ?

my laptop got corrupted and i need to buy this pc really fast bcuz i cant stay without any Pc . if i will have problems with that cpus , what cpu can handle it on the minimum price ?

i saw this pc on the ADS on top of the site , i wanna exactly the same pc , so AMD A6 works with R9 280x right ?

thanks man , but honestly i dont trust that site much , the scores on that , is not real sometimes , i mean in like GTX 960 and R9 280x , you see the GTX is better than R9 on that site but in reality R9 is alot better, i saw both of em and their performance on the games .

so you suggest at least a core i3 range cpu ? ok what about AMD A8-6600K Richland 3.9GHz and Intel Core i3-3220 Ivy Bridge ?? which one is better for me ?? i think core i3 is better right ?

I'd say you are correct, the 'A' series APUs from AMD are mainly intended for home/office/HTPC uses, if you're going for a R9 280X an i3 is the best option, even when heavily overclocked the Pentium is still just a dual core part and while the i3 is indeed dual core, it does have the Hyperthreading trick up its sleeve to improve performance.

thanks man , yea so i will go for Core i3 cpu , one of the benefit of this is i can upgrade my cpu to core i5 or core i7 after a while . so i think Intel Core i3-3220 Ivy Bridge is the best choice for me at the moment . thanks guys , you helped me a lot .
