Hello. My first post here, hope I'm doing everything correct.
I'm trying to put together a build for about 2000$. I don't live in America so the prices probably wont make much sense.
The point is I can get both of these build's for almost the same price (AMD is 120$ cheaper). I would like to OC both CPU and GPU and will almost exclusively be used for games.
-Intel
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700 4.0GHz
Motherboard: MSI Z170A Tomahawk
RAM: Dual 8Gb DDR4 2400Mhz, Corsair Ven
GPU: Geforce GTX970 4GB OC Gaming
Cooling: (Not sure, just a solid air cooling. Not stock)
-AMD
CPU: AMD FX-8370 4.0Ghz
Motherboard: MSI 970 GAMING
RAM: Corsair VEN 2x8GB DDR3 2400Mhz
GPU: MSI Radeon R9-390
Cooling: Corsair H100i GTX
That 120$ difference would be nice but not at the expense of performance. Also the H100i would eventually be added to the Intel build, but not for many months. I'm really confused over this and don't want to purchase the "clearly worse" machine, if there is one. Can anyone help?
