I just wanted to know should I go for:

R5 1500x or 1400
Msi b350m gaming pro
Rx 580 or 570

Or

I5 7500 or 7400
Msi b250 mortar
Gtx 1060 6gb or 3gb

Solution
The RYZEN CPUs are a new architecture so it will take awhile for them to be fully optimized but so far its looking good.

As for the graphics cards, the AMD 500 series are just rebadged RX 480's and RX 470's with slight overclocks.
The GTX 1060 still has the edge in some games

So if you want a fresh new architecture with room to grow, get the Ryzen.
If you want tried and tested then stick with Intel.
The i5-7500 will probably still have the edge from the reviews I've seen over the R5-1500X/1600X. But that can change as games improve on their ability to use more cores. Keep in mind, there still is some issues with the Ryzen CPUs and RAM compatibility. Should be OK if you follow the board's QVL.
