AMD or Intel?

Im not sure whether to get AMD or Intel, I personally prefer Intel but AMD has the cheaper price compared to Intel. Here is the list, please give some suggestion.

FX-8320, [CrossFireX] MSI 970A-G43 AMD 970 Socket AM3+ ATX Mainboard

Or

i5-4690, Z97 mobo

Both with EVGA FTW GTX970. There's huge difference in price. So, is FX8320 already good enough for FPS gaming? Or should i say What are the difference between AMD and Intel?

If you have the budget, go i5 4690k with a Z97 motherboard.

4690 and if You don't plan OC, get H97 mobo. It's a no brainer. The only CPU that can relly compete with Core i5 46xx intel processors are Vishera 9xxx.

If im not going to overclock it, instead of H97, can i get B85? Difference of Performance or?

Behbehc - less usb ports, less sata ports, and weaker PCi-e potential, nothing You should worry about, but if You want to be futureproof, go get Z97, for the broadwells sake. If not, H97 is good choice, and B85 is one generation older business chipset.
