AMD or NVIDIA?

I would like to buy a computer but i don't know which should I choose.

Should I choose :
NVIDIA GeForce 850M 4GB
NVIDIA GeFroce 920M 2GB
NVIDIA GeForce 845M 2GB
AMD Radeon R7 M270 4GB

I usually will play games like Assassin's Creed Unity, Dota 2, Cities Skylines.
And maybe will use Photoshop.

So which should I choose???

Since all the GPUs you listed are mobile versions, what GPU you can get is practically dictated by the laptop manufacturer so you have to consider the rest of the laptop's specs in your buying decision.

Those are four completely different laptops spanning three different screen sizes. You seriously need to consider your priorities in terms of laptop features first, then choose how much you are willing to compromise on those vs the GPU.

I think the Inspiron 14 7000 series and the 17 7000 series is good for me because those has a 1920x1080 screen resolution.

But the one thing i worry is the memory.
The Inspiron 14 7000 series has only 8GB of memory but the Inspiron 17 7000 series has 16GB of memory.
I wanted the Inspiron 17 7000 series but it only has NVIDIA GeFroce 845M 2GB.

So which should I choose between these two laptops?

So if I buy the laptop with 850M one, can I play these games with maybe medium settings.(usually i won't need to play on high settings)
