Amd overdrive Temps inaccurate ?

My amd overdrive says thermal margin Is 40°c under really heavy loads, like 90-100 percent, while other temp monitoring software says my cpu is around 85°c what should I trust? I've been noticing stuttering on games which I definitely shouldn't with a 1050ti and athlon x4 880k such as gta 5, is this thermal throttling?

MSI afterburner will monitor it.
