AMD Phenom II X4 955 on ASUS M2N68-AM SE2 ?

OK i currently have this system build:
CPU:AMD Athlon II X2 215
GPU:VTX Radeon 7770 1 GB GDDR5
RAM: One stick of 2 gb ddr2
One HDD
PSU:LC POWER 600 watt
Motherboard: ASUS M2N68-AM SE2 Which has AM2 Socket
One DVD Reader
2 case fants Thermaltake 120 mm

And i want to upgrade my cpu to AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.2 Ghz
and my problem is on this website http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-ASUS/M2N68-AM_SE2.html it says that it will work but im not sure is that cpu 95 watt or 125 watt and from the asus website is not listed http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/list.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&s=24&m=M2N68-AM%20SE2&os=25&hashedid=rzWjxRHTivB96wPd so tell me will that cpu work ? i will reward u with the best answer if u give me what i want
