In GPU intensive games (generally SP games with lots of eye candy) it will be fine. In CPU intensive games, (generally large FPS MP games/RTS games) it may be bottle necked a little, but not too much (you still get better performance out of the 7870 over a 7850 in that situation).

And yes, it would be a worthwhile upgrade over the 560.

Like i said, you have 3 games vs 1 of the 7870, and if you latter on upgrade the cpu+mobo, you have a better gpu.
But the 7870 is also good for your budget.

Well I can get the XFX 7950 no problem as long as I know it works well with my CPU

Yes, they're better, although the FX-8320 is the only one i recommend if going with that mobo.
Other than that, is to go latter on with a intel cpu(ivybridge or haswell i5).

I don't mind buying an Intel CPU, Motherboard, GPU ect.. I just don't know what type of CPU, GPU and Motherboard that will all go together. I can afford an intel i7 ect.. Just don't know if they would all work together or not

Of course it will work, for intel a i5-3570k ivybridge + z77 mobo, any gpu will work.
And for your mobo, like i said you have the option for a FX-8320.

Well, for gaming there's no difference at all between the two, both are quad-cores, the i7 has Hyper-Threading, which means more threads, but only will affect some intensive apps outside gaming.

He is correct about the i5 vs i7, there is no performance difference between an i5 and i7 in regards to gaming. The i7 is better for video editing/encoding/photoshopping/ect due to the HT.

If your going to update your CPU I would recommend going for the i5-3570k and a z77 mobo (AsRock Extreme4 is a good buy imo) over the AMD cpu only, since it sounds like you are willing to spend the money. You will get better performance from the i5 and at that point you would get the full potential of the 7950 as well.

Any motherboards around £100 that's good? Because that is abit on the pricey side for me. I will spend up to £120 on a mobo

Also this is my Case. If I do get that Mobo would it fit in my case? Or could you please point out a good mobo that would fit in that case and is £120 or less.

Oh yeah lol.. For my CPU yes. But I can't mind what it's called. you can put 2 fans on the side of it.. and it works on Intel CPUs.. (i think) lol

Is it the Hyper 212+? Or the EVO? If so, VERY good cooler, works with Intel CPUs.
I honestly wouldn't ditch your Phenom yet, it's still very good.. I'd give it another year. 🙂

Yeah its the hyper one and I only bought it like 5months ago :/ Never thought about an intel CPU :/ Bought new mobo, cpu, case and PSU! :/ lol
