AMD Phenom X4 II 965 BE oc 3.8

my temps are now starting to go to 66 max on full load oc on 3.8 i think if i lower my volt it will lower my temps what should my volt be for this oc.also when i first oc it the max temps was 55 on max for 1 week that is way i thought it was fine now it is 66max idk why it is going so high

What cooler are you using, and what are your voltages now?
Those temps are on the high end, they should be looked into. (Have you checked for dust)

hyper 212 evo.volt 1.380 i check the cpu-z its juping to 1.392

I would ensure the cooler is seated properly, and there is no obstructions. Those temps are high for those voltages, however you can also try backing them down if the OC remains stable.
My 965 ran at 1.5V with the 212 EVO and stayed under 50s.

okay i thought this might had been the problem this started when i switch my cpu fan connecter to the different one i switch it two a different connecter cpu fan 1 it is now max temps of 57-56 but the problem now is it says cpu fan error but it is not i just need to disable this.am all good now also do you know a good cheap 1tb 7200rpm HDD black

Look into a seagate barracuda drive, they are fairly quality.
