AMD R7 240 problem

Hello, I have Dell Optiplex 390 with i3 2100 3.3 GHz and r7 240 2gb. Problem is when I use computer, its ok, but when I play games, watch yt clips for 10-15 minutes, temperature of gpu comes on around 50 then computer shows me white screen with colors and then black color until I shut down my pc. Can you say me what is the problem?
*NOTICE*Computer is clear and I changed tp on everything.

Have a look in your Windows event log at the time of the failure to see if you had any Temperature events.

Can you check that your CPU fan and case fans are working

Fans work ok, I watch my temperature on HWMonitor, minimal is 27° and maximal(when I play CS:GO) is 57°.

Do you have the latest motherboard and GPU drivers

GPU drivers are ok, I don't know where to find updates for mb
There is some errors

There are some error but just says that:"windows doesnt shut up correctly" only that message
I updated motherboard now

I would run a memory test, something like 'memtest86'. That will rule out any memory issues.
