AMD R9 270 + Intel core i5 4460 Compatible?

Hi! I am kinda new to PC stuff, and wondering If My Graphics card and Processor is compatible with eachother..
I keep getting Bluescreen while playing games, and sometimes the screen just goes black and stops the game. And also my computer says my graphics driver crashes.

I have tried using the newest AMD drivers, and all the newest Intel drivers, even the newest BIOS drivers. Nothing seems to work, so i decided to go a version down on every driver, and it has not worked yet :/ so i'm sitting here wondering if the parts are compatible or not. I don't know if it's the drivers or the parts not compatible with eachother.

It worked perfectly fine a week ago, but now it's all acting up 🙁

what did you do in this week time frame they are compatible thats why it worked a week ago could we get a full part list.

AMD's drivers have always been causing problems, including me. My R7 260X has been giving me frequent black screens for a long time now.

Only things i have done the past week is update most of the drivers and playing CS:GO

My parts are:

Sapphire Radeon R9 270 GPU

Intel core i5 4460 3.2 GHz CPU

Corsair H60 Water cooling

MSI Z87 G45 Gaming Motherboard

My Gpu and Cpu are holding between 25 and 32 degrees celcius
