amd R9 285 frame drop

so i just got my R9 285 and i start up battlefield 3 and the frames drops to 12-20 and the gpu usage never gets to 100% so i tried other games like crysis and csgo and pay day 2 and still the same with every game i play. sooo can any one help me 🙁

my pc:

cpu: amd fx-9590

motherboard: asrock 970 extreme 4

ram: corsair vengeance 1600 8GB (one stick of ram)

GPU: amd R9 285

PSU: cooler master g700

Did you installed the driver, check these are correctly installed and verify you GPU is well installed in your case. Also check if it has all the Power it needs.

yes i installed all the drivers and i have a 700w PSU

I feel that your cpu is being thermal throttled due to the VRM on the motherboard. Check the cpu usage but putting a FX 9590 with asrock 970 extreme 4 isn't really that good.
What cpu cooler do you have?

when i run prime95 it's 60-65C
