Amd R9 290 and PSU compatibility

I saw this gpu on sale on newegg and says that the minimum wattage is 750w but I see that the tdp is 275w. My Psu is a Rosewill arc 550m (continuous w of 550 at 40@).

What processor are you running? You are could be over or under depending on what else you have to power.
