[SOLVED] AMD R9 290 DX12?

Question is simple, my gf wants to play the ac valhalla, but does the r9 290 (standard blower) support the FULL dx12.0. I mean by hardware (some say its only API 12) really would appriciate help!

I doubt she will have a fun time playing, Valhalla is a really GPU demanding game, 6 year old GPU isnt going to hold in well, unless the rest of her system is really good.

My system hehe but Ryzen 3 3200g OC to 4ghz, 16GB ddr4 3200MHz and a 650w psu to feed gpu. Before i had RX 480 8GB but i sold it because of cryptoboom, today i bought r9 290 for 60€ got it really cheap.

You (or she idk even know anymore xD) should be getting about 30-ish fps at 1080p low.

Well i do hope that its gonna even open because there isnt any videos or any threads at all regarding r9 290 on valhalla, only r9 290x

Same stuff,different packaging.
290X is a bit overclocked version of the 290, nothing special, you can do the OC by yourself tbh.
