Question Amd Radeon 7700 problem

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the graphics card Amd Radeon 7700, it keeps showing spots like Chinese characters. i changed all drivers from 2014-2022 and always the same. Especially when I open a browser.

I think that your card might have a VRAM error. I had to RMA my RX 5700 XT to XFX for power-delivery issues and the first card they sent me back was giving me strange artifacts even on the ASRock splash screen. I showed it to Jim from AdoredTV because I'd never seen anything like it. He said that it was definitely a problem with the VRAM and if anyone would know, Jim from AdoredTV would know. I agree with everyone that you should RMA the card.
