Running RAM at 3000Mhz is not worth it, the highest the I'd recommend for gaming is 2400 but even then it hardly makes a noticeable difference. Also, to run RAM at that high of a frequency, you'd need a very strong CPU which you unfortunately do not have. The motherboard I've recommended you runs PCIE 3.0 so I'd say that would suffice

but I just want to know, it would be better idea to use board which support high frequency ram up to 3000Mhz.
I have XFX radeon 7770 ultra overclock edition and I have i3 340 3Ghz processor and I have WD cavior black HDD but I have intel old board which having PCI express slot 2.0 and old transcend ram, i want to change my board and ram could you please suggest me the best board and ram so that my pc runs on best efficiency :)
