I have AMD Radeon 7770 graphic card please suggest me the best motherboard for this card

I'd recommend the Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H.
It uses PCIE 3.0, USB3 and SATA 3 and Gigabyte make excellent motherboards

but I just want to know, it would be better idea to use board which support high frequency ram up to 3000Mhz.
I have XFX radeon 7770 ultra overclock edition and I have i3 340 3Ghz processor and I have WD cavior black HDD but I have intel old board which having PCI express slot 2.0 and old transcend ram, i want to change my board and ram could you please suggest me the best board and ram so that my pc runs on best efficiency

Running RAM at 3000Mhz is not worth it, the highest the I'd recommend for gaming is 2400 but even then it hardly makes a noticeable difference. Also, to run RAM at that high of a frequency, you'd need a very strong CPU which you unfortunately do not have. The motherboard I've recommended you runs PCIE 3.0 so I'd say that would suffice
