Amd radeon graphics do not work

Hi guys.. So i just buy new monitor dell e2016hv. I hv used it for a day and suddenly crash. It turn blank and didn't work again altough i restard it like 10 times maybe. Then i tried to uninstall vga driver and reinstall with oldest and newer version amd vga driver and it still won't work. Could you give me any advice? Thanks for your answer. Sorry for bad english.


Nb: i use amd radeon his r7 370 iceq, win 7 64bit.

Well, from your description it could be the display went out. Do you know this monitor still works? Can you test it with another computer? The other test would be to test this videocard in another computer to make sure the videocard works.

Ok try to connect the monitor to your motherboard (only if you use intel cpu with hd gpu) this way you can see if its a video card issue.

Humm.. the description of your hardware tells me? The R7 370 is digital out DVI, HDMI or DP, your monitor is analog VGA input? if you can take back the monitor and get a monitor that has a DVI, HDMI or Displayport to connect to and the right cable, good luck

i haven't test the monitor, but i tested the vga using my tv from hdmi slot. It works with basic graphics, but when i install amd software it worn out again. Windows won't come out.
