i just installed Windows 7 on a HP Pavilion p6-2310eo Desktop.
i downloaded all the drivers and got everything to work except the graphics card.
the graphics card is a AMD Radeon HD 7450.
i have tried downloading the Driver but it still just show Standard VGA in Device manager.
i have tried following these steps from another tread.

(I have fixed this problem now, thank you for your help.
If someone is struggling with a same,or similar problem, this is how i fixed it.
Though this method wont install any AMD graphics control panel thingy.
Alright so,first i went to the Device manager and checked,it was Standard VGA cable.
I shutdown the system, went to setup(F10) ,then to advanced and switched my primary video adapter to PCI-E
Restart, still it was standard VGA,so i went to device manager, right clicked the VGA,and clicked update, then manual browsing.
Then,i downloaded the new beta drivers by AMD,clicked the Have Disk, button in update drivers, and selected Display > xxxx.inf and then it gave me a list of display drivers.
Just simply chose mine, restarted and voila! Works like a charm.
But there is no Graphic Properties thingy, thats sad.)

the only step i did not do was switching the primary video adapter to PCI-E.
there is no place is show me i can switch it.

i need help if anyone know a solution.

try installing the ati drivers from Hp ( im on dell but whats different my gcard aint working if not from dell )
and , should be it , any probs , ill help if i can :)

thanks for the anwser i found a solution some time back.
the problem was the HP Pavilion p6-2310eo original came with Windows 8.
on the HP site it only had drivers for Windows 8 and 8.1 and they just dident work on Windows 7.
i found a driver for a other HP computer with same graphics card and wich orginal came with Windows 7 on it.
Sorry if my english is bad or hard to understand. I'm from Denmark 😛

Thank you, this appears to be what we are looking for too.
