I had thought so.
Looking at two computers, a Sony Vaio 17.3" (1080p, AMD) and an Acer Aspire 15.6" (720p, nvidia). But the AMD is optimized for smaller computers? Strange that it's included in the Sony.

Not strange because it will improve profits for company and sometime it just built for office use. 😉
