AMD Radeon R4 Graphics not detected in device manager

hey, i have Acer Aspire E5-421-61CJ, processor AMD A6-6310 with R4 graphics but my laptop cannot detect the graphic card in the device manager, do you have any solution? thanks

Did you go to AMD's website to install the latest drivers? Here are the drivers you need to install.

Btw that's a pretty sleek looking laptop.

i'm already installed that driver, but my device manager still not detected the R4 graphic
what should i do?
i can't install any HD game or software

What version of Windows are you running and what does it say in the device manager? Is it something like Microsoft Graphics Adapter?

In the device manager it says Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
