AMD Radeon r9 255 2GB

Hi, so i am getting a new pc that comes with the the Amd radeo r9 255. i am not looking to play high end games like BF4, bo2, etc. but can it handle Mid-range games like CS GO, Cod WAW, Minecraft Smoothly?

should be fine but how fuch for 255 because you could get a nvidia gtx 950 or r9 260/270/270x etc

150$ for the GPU. Is there a better one u can recommend for that same price?
