amd radeon rx 480 8gb OC edition is not performing well

I am new to pc building but after running multiple benchmarks i see my computer is under performing.
any help or tips?

are your drivers up to date also if you are gaming and want better preformance what API are you using I would recommend Vulcan or dx 12(it favours AMD cards a bit more).

Average Novabench GPU Score: 637.
im getting a score of around 400 everytime

everything seems fine I don't see why it would be doing this only suggestion I have know is either contact msi and ask why this is happening or I would contact intel.
