AMD RADEON SETTINGS slow and inrensponsive

So on my RX 460 ,radeon settings takes a long time to open ,and is slow.
When i record something with ReLive ,game lags.And when i close Radeon Settings it says something like AMD Radeon host application stopped working and i have to force close the program ,why is this?Pls help.

Sounds like a bad installation of the graphics driver. Search for "AMD driver uninstaller" and use that software to uninstall the current graphics driver. Then, download and install the most recent version of Crimson ReLive.

I did clean install(uninstalled with DDU) ,and downloaded driver from AMD's site and did Express install idk what could i do wrong?

Depending on which windows version you have,right click your radeon setting,click on properties,go to compability,and set the compability mode to whichever windows version you have (7,8 or 10)
