Question AMD RADEON VII COOLER DON`T CHANGE SPEED

Radeon VII cooler don´t change speed

Hello,
My system :
Asrock h81m dgs rev2.0
i7 4770
16gb ram crucial 1600mhz
Sapphire Radeon VII 16gb Hbm2
(Bios version : 016.004.000.030
Seasonic focus Gold 550w ( i think 1.revision)
my Problems are :
1805mhz + 0.945 vcore = 95-100°C ( no Tj max)
1512+ 0.808 vcore => 88-95 °C ( no Tj max)
Cooler don´t change the speed
Tools used :
Speedfan( recognize the temps but i can´t change the rpm on my gpu)
MSi afterburner , recognize the Grafic card but thats all.
AMD WATTMANN:
i can change the clocks , i can change the rpm theoretly . If i change the rpm to 100% => no reaction max 920 rpm.If i change to 7% => min 869 rpm.
The body of the card is a little hot(little only because i work on mcdonalds and the place is hotter).
19.2.2 & 19.2.3 didn´t change something but Bussetting amd told me they run on PCI Express 2.0 x16???
But bustype PCI Express 3.0
can some one pls Help me?

I've been having this problem with my vega 56. What fixed it was uninstalling all other OC utilities like msi afterburner etc. I also cycled the BIOS on the card ie: booted into windows on the alternate BIOS then shutdown, switch back. Dunno if this info helps. All the best AMD brother

also uninstall speed fan for sure, it's caused issues with me in the past

How you mean to switch Bios`?

Sorry I was under the impression radeon VII had dual BIOS, my bad.

Anyhow, uninstall all overclocking and PWM utilities. Use DDU in safe mode and uninstall and do a fresh install of your GPU drivers.

THE F* cabel of the cooler wasn´t insert correctly . the baddest bug i think of the Gpu Market. xD
