Amd rx 480 3 monitors

I want to have triple monitor setup, so I need three 1080p monitors. Probably with about 2ms response time. Would AMD Radeon RX 480 (8GB version) run this setup? Would I be able to play GTA V on very high on all 3 monitors? And Please advice me for monitors( I want 1080p and about 2ms response time and about 24inch big). Thanks

Yes, Rx 480 will be able to run that set up. It can run gta v at 5760x1080 with a combination of high and medium settings.

Yes, you would set the resolution to 1920x1080 and it will automatically use your middle monitor.

i have ran triple monitors with AMD/ATI cards in the past, does this card require an active displayport adapter if your monitor doesnt have display port?
