My ROG RX 570 STRIX OC shows artifacts in the games, but it didn't show artifacts in any stress test. I downloaded a lot of different drivers, tried on another PC, on Win 10 and 11, but nothing helped me.
How to fix it?

I'm talking about "3DMark", "FurMark" and "Video Memory Stress Test"What "stress tests" are you referring to?
If you've tried it in a different computer and the same thing occurs it's very likely to be a hardware problem on the video card and with it being the whole screen like that probably VRAM.
This happens in every game and in 3d graphics programs.Does it happen in every game or just some of them?
Generally speaking I'd expect 3dmark (depending on version) to display anything that it happening in games as well. The other two won't necessarily show anything.
I can't explain the 3dmark working fine, but if you're only seeing it in games/3d graphics programs it's going to be a hardware problem. You could always try to take apart the video card and replace thermal paste/pads in case it's being caused by heat/power delivery overheating. This happens in every game and in 3d graphics programs.
When you don't have drivers installed it's not using the card in any fashion other than the display controller part.If I remove the drivers, there will be no artifacts, but everything works slower

Then I think you've done pretty much everything you can reasonably do and the card is done. I doubt it would be worth the cost to have a repair outfit check it out/fix it.replacement of thermal paste and pads did nothing
Okay, thanks)Then I think you've done pretty much everything you can reasonably do and the card is done. I doubt it would be worth the cost to have a repair outfit check it out/fix it.
