Hi,I have had my pc for 8 months now more or less, and last night I was drawing in my pen display the XP-PEN Artist 12 and had 2 monitores where I was watching a movie (3 monitors total counting the pen display) and all of a sudden, without any reason only my main monitor was working, so after testing for a while I found that for some reason only the hdmi port of the gpu was working, neither of the 3 display ports work any more and I have no idea why. Is not the cables because when I plug them in the hdmi the monitors work, and it can't be the adapter(hdmi -> dp) because they can't have stopped working both adapters at the same time.

All drivers are up-to-date, and I even had try running linux through a pendrive and still no monitors detected, could it be something of the BIOS ??

Something worth mentioning might be that when this happened I was watching a movie as I said, but the app that I use was downlading the movie as I watched, and it made my c: drive be full, after that I removed all the movies and have 10 gb free in the c: drive, but still not working the secondary displays.

My specs are:
Ryzen 5 3600
Radeon rx 580 8gb
16 gb of ram ddr3 3000mhz (dual-channel)
128 gb ssd
1tb hdd
500W psu

Solution
But even the displayport i never used is not working, could it have something to do with the PCI connection?
If the GPU is working with one monitor on HDMI, then it is getting everything it needs as far as PCIe is concerned. The fact that even the DP you never used is also broken further points toward something common to all DP on the card being broken.
If all DP ports quit working at the same time, then I'd guess something went wrong with something all DP ports have in common on the GPU.

As for why whatever failed failed, dirty power from the PSU would be a possibility. A faulty monitor zapping the GPU over the display cables and taking the GPU's outputs out is another.

Solution
Crappy groupregulated unit but I don't think that's the problem.

Have you tried to reseat the videocard?
Motherboard BIOS is up to date?
I had used DDU already and installed amd drivers and nothing, and I never changed anything more than the fan speeds in the motherboard BIOS so it can't be the problem, the displays stopped working while i was using the computer, all of a sudden.
