Question AMD Ryzen™ 3 2200G - Radeon Vega Graphics (NO DISPLAY - BLACK SCREEN)

My laptop encounters Black screen after restarting from update of latest driver for Radeon Vega Graphics.

What I've done so far is:
Updated to a latest BIOS
Installed latest driver from AMD website: AMD Driver Download
Waited about 2-3 hours installing latest driver and restart turns to Black Screen and I tried to wait until it boots successfully but unfortunately it stuck in black screen, so I reboot to safe mode and remove the installed Radeon Vega Graphics in Device Manager and run DDU to clean uninstall.

So, what I am using now is the default display driver of my laptop.

Model: HP 14-cm0104auH
Windows 10 64bit
Ryzen 3 2200G with dedicated Radeon Vega Graphics
4GB RAM
1000GB HDD


Anyone encounter this problem? Recommendation from you will very much appreciated!

Double check your laptop specs. I believe it has an AMD Ryzen 3 "2200U" CPU with Vega 3 Graphics, not a 2200G.

Nice, you notice it. But I try it again to download for AMD Ryzen 3 2200U CPU with Vega 3 Graphics from here and same result I got. Black screen after installation of this driver.

Do you think this is the hardware problem? or wrong installation of driver?

What I've tried method so far:

• Windows Update (All drivers and components) - but failed, black screen again. So I remove again using DDU
• Auto Detect-Install from AMD Ryzen Website
• Install Specific Driver from here.
