Hey

So I am in the process of picking new parts for my new PC setup, the main components are:

ASRock B450M-HDV Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 2GB
550W PowerCool Power Supply (1 Year old)

(Before anyone points out my low watt PSU, I have already ordered a 750W EVGA Powersupply because I may be putting a 1060 as the graphics card in the future)

But what CPU is the best match for the above?

Ryzen 3 2200G 3.5GhZ

Ryzen 5 1400 3.2GhZ

Also, will this platform be able to run modern games with a reasonable FPS? I am thinking around 60-100 FPS for games like PUBG, ARMA, Battlefield etc.
Thank you.

Honestly, one of my friends has a setup with a Samsung 4K 144 Hertz monitor and I really like his setup, very crisp and excellent graphics. I don't mind gaming in 1080P to be honest, whatever is doable in accordance to my setup, I want to be able to play a badly optimised game like PUBG with a decent enough setup that isn't going to break my bank.

I think I am going to go with a Ryzen 5 2600 and a 1070, I checked it with the bottleneck calculator and it's at a score of 0.13 - my friend who is quite good with computer setups also reccommends me getting a Ryzen 5 2600 simply because it has six cores and is excellent for modern games.

I'll easily dish out a couple hundred pounds.. thanks for the input fellas.
Which Samsung...
