Question AMD Ryzen 3, low FPS CS:GO

Hi guys!
A buddy recommended for forum for me to ask this question, since nobody has been able to solve the issue yet.

When I play counter strike, I rarely get above 150 FPS, and it often drops to around 100 or even 40-50 FPS, depending on the utility load.

I’ve been searching the Internet for a long time now, and all video and graphic settings are optimized, also inside NIVIDIA control panel.

Here’s my hardware components:
AMD Ryzen 3, 3200G
8 GB Ram (DDR 4)
GTX 1070 (8gb)
Asus prime a320m-k

Power setting: ultimate performance.

Bios settings for ram: 2666 Hz.
(I only got one x 8 GB)
