Amd Ryzen 5 1400 & nvidia gt 1030

Solution
You are looking at a $170 cpu and a $70 graphics card.
A balanced gamer will budget 2x the cpu cost for the graphics card.
You have that exactly backward.
Look at a $65 G4560 and a $140 GTX1050ti.
If you play fast action shooters, spend more on the graphics card.
If you play mmo, sims, strategy games, spend more on higher intel clock rates.

If your budget is severe, consider the G4600@3.6 and plan on using the HD630 integrated graphics. Defer your decision on the discrete graphics card until later.
Well, I'm assuming you have a low budget. The processor and the ram is, meh, ok, it's not high end, heck, it might barely fit in 'mid end', but it's not unreasnoable.
However, your choice of graphics card is really poor. What is your total budget? Perhaps we can figure out something better for you. Because that thing won't run many games at a decent setting. Well, today's games that is.

It'll run things like LoL, Rocket League, ect really well though.

Well I reckon he could play some games, it really depends on weather the game is more cpu or gpu intensive. And for most games the settings won't be high or ultra. But yeah, not all good modern games have intensive graphics, so it just depends on the choice of game.

I you could spare a couple of tenners extra, I would go for the gtx 1050 (2gb). Don't know the pricing in your country, but you really get a lot more performance from that card.
I think you'd have a pretty decent system then. :)
