Question AMD Ryzen 7 5800X power and utilisation spikes

So I recently bought a new PC and I have noticed these spikes. In Overwatch 2 it happens only sometimes at random moments in League of Legends it doesn't happen at all and in God of War (Video link) it happens constantly. Does anyone know what is going on.

That only tells us that the cooler is made by Be Quiet! What is the model of the cooler. You forgot to add the make and model of your case, the number of fans in said case and their orientation in said case.

You also forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU. If the unit's been in use for a while, include it's age.
