Hi, I've had my PC for a little over a year now, and it seems the temps are a little higher than usual when idle or with not much activity on the PC itself. I know many contributing factors can cause this, but I figured I'd post my temps from Hardware Info and AMD Ryzen Master, as well as a screenshot from Lian Li. Lian Li generally seems to be reading the T-Die part of the CPU rather than the overall average. I've thought about just reinstalling Windows completely to maybe weed out hidden malware/viruses and to start everything from scratch just in case. I haven't dusted the machine out in about 8 months nor have I made any adjustments to the system since its original specs. I know most of you are very handy here, and I tend to constantly check my temps as I'm very OCD about my machine. Temps on Ryzen Master seem to fluctuate between 54 degrees Celsius to 65 degrees Celsius quite often. PBO is set to auto; I was told by a friends that it's fine as long as it's not throttling at 90 degrees Celsius, then I'm fine. Here are the images and specs listed below:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 3.7 GHz 12-Core Processor

Is pump speed regulated ? If it is try with higher idle speeds.
Edit.
Are those measurements taken at idle ? Doesn't seem so looking at frequency, voltages and loads.
